Who are you?
My name is Lynnley Hajec and I am 11 years old. I'm a pitcher and an outfielder from Georgia. I have enjoyed playing softball since t-ball and it has become my passion. I would spend every weekend at the softball fields if my mom would let me. My dad is all for it.

How did your softball journey begin?
I started on the rec fields in my hometown of West Point, GA.

What are your greatest strengths as a softball player?
My ability to stay mentally tough in any situation, as well as my ability to always bring positive energy to any team I play for, no matter the scoreboard.

What is your favorite sports memory and greatest achievement?
When I went 7 straight shutout innings against one of the best pitchers I have ever faced, Dakota Schiller from Athletics Gold. It was a thrill to see that competition.

How do you handle adversity and even failure?
I feel like any failure is a learning moment.

Who is your role model and or idol, and why?
Ava Brown is my role model because she is a pitcher and has a great bat even up to college. Also, she has a great number 00.

If you could spend a day with any softball player, former or current, who would it be and why?
Kelly Barnhill. I attended my first Gator softball game when I was 5. I remember seeing her pitch, and I thought, "That's what I want to do".

What are your softball dreams and goals?
To play for the University of Florida!! Go gators!

What do you want coaches to know about you?
I give everything I've got, every inning of every game.

How would your teammates and friends describe you?
The loudest cheerleader in the dugout.
Who would you like to thank for your softball achievements and support?
My father, Stanley Hajec. For pushing me when I needed it. Without him, I would not be the player I am today.
